In the Communication on enabling the digital transformation of health and care in the Digital Single Market, the Commission set out its intentions to take further action at a European level and contribute to achieving the goals of the Council conclusions on Health in the Digital Society.
On April 12, 2018 the EU member states delivered all 10 actions announced under the Skills Agenda for Europe, launched in June 2016. The last action was the adoption of the European Commission's proposal to revise the Europass framework.

The Sport Intergroup in the European Parliament organised a conference on empowering women through sport on Tuesday, April 10th, in Brussels. Yves Le Lostecque, the head of the sport unit in the EC, zoomed in the EC initiatives on empower women through sport, such as, commissioning studies on gender in sport and cooperating with sports federations on gender equality. He told participants that there is a strong consensus between the institutions to make progress on this topic.
