On 30 May, the Commission adopted its proposal to double funding for Erasmus to €30 billion for the next long-term EU budget 2021-2027, making the programme available to 12 million people, three times the number currently able to participate.

One of EuropeActive’s projects in its key area “Skills, education and qualifications” is coming to an end. The SIQAF project has been running for 22 months and will be concluded in summer 2018. The task force composed of Active Leisure and qualifications experts and stakeholders came together for their last meeting on Tuesday, 22th May 2018 in Brussels to discuss the final findings and the report.

Ukactive announced Jeremy Hunt, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care to headline the National Summit 2018, taking place 12th September 2018 at QEll Conference Centre, London.
