Kicking off FIBO with the European Health and Fitness Forum 2018

As every year, EuropeActive is again hosting several events in mid-April in Cologne in the context of the FIBO exhibition, the biggest Fitness trade show in the world with over 120,000 visitors from around the world.

Alongside EuropeActive’s board meeting & election, the general assemblies for EuropeActive and EHFA-E took place on 10th of April, followed by the 5th European Health and Fitness Forum (EHFF) the next day. The event has been a great success with over 400 delegates from 37 countries. The annual event powered by EuropeActive and FIBO takes traditionally place one day before the opening of the biggest fitness trade show in April each year in Cologne. Only started in 2014, the forum grew quickly over the past years and is today the leading conference for the European fitness sector. This year’s EHFF addressed Human capital in the European fitness sector with key speakers such as organisational theorist and author Dr. Fons Trompenaarsand McFit founder and presiden tRainer Schaller.

The release of the annual EuropeActive Health & Fitness Market Report is an integrated part of the event. The seventh joint publication of EuropeActive and Deloitte, represents the most comprehensive report on the European health and fitness market and serves as a valuable source of information for industry stakeholders, investors, banks, and many more.
