The European Commission’s annual Education and Training Monitor finds that Member States have made further progress to improve their education and training systems.
EuropeActive participated in the conference “Sport for All as a means of integration and a bridge between traditions and innovation”, which took place on 12th and 13th of June in Sofia. In the framework of the Presidency, the event was organised by the Bulgarian Ministry of Youth and Sports and co-funded under the Erasmus+ programme to discuss how innovation in sport can contribute to improve physical activity.
Bulgarian representatives showed the results in the sphere of sport achieved by the Presidency of the Council of the EU and the follow up that will be taking place in the future Austrian Presidency. In this regards, the House of Sport will discuss the next 28th June in Brussels about sport priorities of the Austrian Presidency together with Barbara Spindler Oswald. She is currently working on the preparatory documents for the Council working party on sport and their priority will be the Economic Dimension of sport and Sport at work.
